The room is clean, well-equipped and in a good location. The only downside is that I wanted to check in earlier so I could have a rest. When I placed the order, I used points to redeem for four-hour early check-in. But when I arrived at the hotel at nearly two in the afternoon, the room had not been cleaned yet, so I could only stroll on the street!
